Shipping Details
All orders are carefully packed in-house by our experienced team. We use high-quality, odor-proof boxes and materials that are fully sealed, with no Cali Blooms branding or any indication of the contents. Shipments are sent via USPS, though we reserve the right to select an alternative carrier when needed.
We ship to all states in full compliance with applicable federal law, including the 2018 Farm Bill. We DO NOT SHIP to Arizona, Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon and Rhode Island USA and all other locations where CBD is restricted and/or prohibited. Please note that it is the purchaser’s sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all relevant state and local regulations.
We reserve the right to request additional verification before processing or shipping any order. This may include proof of residence and/or photographs of a government-issued ID.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally outside the United States.
Return and Refund Policy
Cali Blooms does not offer any returns for any reason. You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before shipping. Please refrain from sending any products back to us, as the package will be refused and returned to the sender. This policy will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, irrespective of any translations made for any purpose.
Before shipping, Cali Blooms offers a 100% refund on all orders. However, after orders have been shipped, Cali Blooms does not provide refunds for any reason. Only in the event of a damaged or faulty product will Cali Blooms consider offering a replacement order at their sole discretion. Returns are not accepted for any reason at all.
Cali Blooms takes a photograph of every order before shipping. If you receive the incorrect product(s) or if the flowers are in poor condition, Cali Blooms will offer a replacement at their sole discretion. All claims must be made within 24 hrs of delivery. They will only consider a replacement after a customer provides sufficient photographic evidence. If Cali Blooms confirms their mistake, they will re-ship a replacement product(s) free of charge.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU SEND PACKAGES BACK TO US; PACKAGES WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO SENDER.
